Meet your planner

I'm Chabli — and I believe a great event begins long before the first guest arrives.

For nearly a decade, I've designed weddings and celebrations that feel as warm and particular as the people throwing them. No two timelines look alike. No two tablescapes either.

I take on a small, deliberate roster each year — partly because the work demands presence, and partly because I love what I do and want to keep loving it.

If you're here, you likely care about the details — the right shade of taper, the hand-written place card, the playlist for the after-after. So do I. Let's begin.

What Clients Say
Chabli held the entire weekend in her hands and we just got to be present in our own wedding. Every guest said it was the best they'd ever been to. They're right.

The Whitmore Wedding · 2025
I told her "warm, candlelit, a little wild." She delivered the most beautiful evening of our lives — and remembered that my grandmother prefers sparkling water at room temperature.

40th Birthday · 2024
A planner who designs, a designer who plans. The day was beautiful but the lead-up was the gift. Calm, considered, and quietly very fun.

Frequently Asked

The practical bits.

Most weddings book 9–18 months out; intimate events 3–6 months. We take a limited roster each year, so reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.

Yes — frequently. Atlanta and the southeast are home, but we love a passport stamp. Travel and lodging are billed at cost.

Planning handles the logistics: timelines, vendors, contracts, contingency. Design handles the look and feel: palette, florals, paper, the tablescape, the lighting cue at first dance. We do both, and they're inseparable in our work.

Of course. We come with a deep bench, but a planner who insists on her own people isn't serving you — she's serving herself.

Full-service weddings start at $14,000 in planning fees. Total event budgets we work within typically range from $80k–$400k+. We'll be candid early about fit.
